Taco soup
Ingredients/Components
- hamburger - 2 lb
- small chopped onion - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can pinto beans, rinsed and drained - 1 oz
- can navy beans, rinsed and drained - 1 oz
- can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained - 1 oz
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- can corn, drained - 1 oz
- cans stewed tomatoes - 3 1/2
- pkg - 1 1/4
- water
How to make taco soup:
In large pan, brown hamburger and onion. Drain off any fat. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour. To serve, top with shredded cheese and sour cream and serve with tortilla chips.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Ground beef.
