Easy cream of broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1/2 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt
- flour - 1/3 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- water
- cold water - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- Accent - 2 tsp
- grated Velveeta - 8 oz
- head broccoli 1 1/2-inch stems and flowerets - 1 item
How to make easy cream of broccoli soup:
Cook broccoli and onion in boiling water for 10 minutes. Add salt, Accent, garlic and cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Add butter, milk and cream; heat to boiling. Mix flour and water in jar.
