- can stewed tomatoes - 1 oz
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- large potato, diced - 1 item
- cans creamed corn - 2 oz
- butter, margarine or oil - 1 2
How to make easy corn chowder:
Saut?© onion in oil until soft. Add canned tomatoes and diced potato. Cook until tender, approximately 20 minutes. Add creamed corn and heat until hot. Serve with crackers.For a Mexican flair, add jalapeno peppers.
