Ingredients/Components
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- slices Swiss cheese - 8 item
- white wine - 1/4 c
- chicken breasts, skinned and boned - 8 item
- stuffing mix - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom OR chicken soup - 1 item
How to make easy chicken:
Put chicken in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Put 1 slice of cheese over each breast. Mix together soup and wine and pour over the chicken. Add melted margarine to stuffing mix and put on top of cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes. Uncover for the last 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
