Easy cheesecake

Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs
• sugar - 3 Tbsp
• pkg - 1 oz
• sour cream
• margarine, melted - 1/4 c
• container lemon frosting - 1 (16

How to make easy cheesecake:

Mix cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine. Reserve 1/3 cup of the crumbs. Press mixture into bottom of square pan or baking dish.

Blend cream cheese and sour cream in large bowl. Gradually beat in lemon frosting. Pour cream cheese mixture over crumb mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake 35 minutes in preheated 350° oven. Cool slightly, then chill. Serve with glazed strawberries, if desired. Serves 9 to 12.
