Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese - 24 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vanilla flavoring - 1/4 tsp
- egg yolks - 2 item
- all-purpose flour - 2 Tbsp
- egg white - 1 item
- deep dish pie crust - 1 item
How to make easy cheesecake:
Warm cream cheese to room temperature. Break cream cheese into chunks. Add eggs, milk, flour, vanilla and salt. Blend with electric blender. Slowly add sugar and blend until all is creamy smooth and even. Pour into pie shell. Cook at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours until top part rises, turns brown and cracks open.Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with strawberries, Cool Whip, etc. Serves 6 to 8 people.
