- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp

- melted margarine - 3 Tbsp
How to make easy cheese cake:
Filling:2 (8 oz.) pkg. light Philadelphia cream cheese1/2 c. sugar2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla Crust: Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press onto bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes.Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar in large mixing bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until well mixed. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla; pour into crust. Bake for 40 minutes.
Topping: Mix together sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spoon over cheese cake. Chill. Top with favorite fruit. Makes 10 servings.
