Cheese cake

Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
• sugar - 3 Tbsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• pkg - 4 oz
• sour cream - 1 c
• flour - 3 Tbsp
• melted margarine - 3 Tbsp

How to make cheese cake:

Combine cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Pour mixture over crust. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 250° and continue baking for 1 hour. Loosen cake from rim, but cool before removing rim of pan. Chill. Top with cherries, blueberries, etc.
