Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
• sugar
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• pkg - 4 oz
• sour cream - 2 c
• melted margarine - 1/4 c
• lemon juice - 1/8 c
• ground walnuts - 3/4 c

How to make cheese cake:

In a spring-form cake pan make crust of graham crackers, walnuts and melted margarine. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust and bake 50 to 55 minutes in a 350° oven. Cool 15 minutes.

Spread topping made of sour cream, sugar and vanilla on top of cheese cake. Bake exactly 5 minutes. Cool and refrigerate 24 hours. Several hours before serving, top with strawberries and glaze.
