Easy caramel sauce
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- whipping cream - 1/4 c
- light corn syrup - 3/4 c
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
How to make easy caramel sauce:
Combine the first 4 ingredients in heavy saucepan; mix well. Cook over medium heat until mixture reaches 220°, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in butter, whipping cream and vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream or pound cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Sweet sauces, Sauces.
