Easy caramel pecan rolls
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 item
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- loaves frozen bread dough - 2 item
- total pkg - 2 or
- or so pecans or walnuts, chopped - 4 oz
- brown sugar + brown sugar for sprinkling - 1 c
How to make easy caramel pecan rolls:
Thaw bread dough the night before. In the morning, roll flat; butter and sprinkle with brown sugar, then cut each loaf into 12 pieces. Butter 13 x 9-inch pan and put desired amounts of nuts in bottom of pan. Place the pieces of bread atop of the nuts. Heat butter, pudding mix, sugar and milk in saucepan until butter is melted and ingredients are mixed. Pour mixture over bread and sprinkle with cinnamon. Let rise until double.
