Easy beef stew
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- tomato juice - 1/2 c
- carrots, cut in chunks - 6 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- beef stew meat, cut into 1/2-inch cubes - 2 lb
- stalk celery, cut diagonally - 1 item
- tapioca to thicken - 2 Tbsp
How to make easy beef stew:
Place meat in 7 x 11-inch pan. Add vegetables. Blend salt, sugar and tapioca. Sprinkle over meat and vegetables. Add tomato juice. Cover pan with foil, sealing tightly around edges. Bake at 250° for 4 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
