Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- coconut - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
- box xxx sugar - 1 lb
How to make earthquake cake:
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle nuts and coconut in bottom. Mix cake mix according to directions on the box. Pour over coconut and nuts. Mix together oleo, cream cheese and sugar. Spoon in globs on top of cake by teaspoon. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
