Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • coconut - 1 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item

How to make earthquake cake:

Spray an oblong pan with Pam. Spreads nuts on bottom of pan. Place coconut on nuts. Mix cake mix as directed on box and pour over nuts and coconut. Melt margarine and blend with softened cream cheese. Pour over top of cake. Take a knife and swirl mixture into cake. Mixture will be lumpy. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. (Makes 16 servings.)
