  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • evaporated milk - 1/4 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • cocoa
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • powdered sugar - 1 pkg
  • pecans - 1 c
  • German chocolate cake mix - 1 pkg

How to make earthquake cake:

Frosting:3 Tbsp. cocoa1 lb. powdered sugar1 stick butter1/4 c. evaporated milk Cake: Mix coconut and nuts together. Put in a greased pan (9 x 13-inches). Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour over coconut and pecan mixture. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter as well as vanilla together and spoon over cake batter and bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

Frosting: Mix cocoa and powdered sugar and set aside. Heat to boiling the butter and milk and pour over sugar and cocoa mixture, blending well.
