- cream cheese - 1 (8
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- shredded coconut - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Press coconut and pecans in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Mix cake as directed. Pour over coconut and pecans. Melt margarine and mix with powdered sugar and softened cream cheese. Spoon over cake mix. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.After it is baked, you will see why it is called Earthquake Cake!
