- chopped pecans - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Spread coconut and pecans on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cake mix as directed on box and spread over coconut and pecans. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine. Drop from spoon in dollops on cake (do not stir into cake). Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
