  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • shredded coconut - 1 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item

How to make earthquake:

Coat a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray. Layer pecans, then coconut in the pan. Mix cake according to box instructions and pour over coconut. Mix butter, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla; pour over cake batter and swirl. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Cut into squares.
