Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut - 1 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 lb
- nuts - 1 c
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Grease a 9 x 12-inch pan. Sprinkle coconut and nuts in bottom. Mix cake mix as directed. Pour over coconut and nuts. Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Cool 10 minutes. Turn out. The bottom makes the icing. Mix first 3 ingredients and spread over cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
