  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sq - 6 oz
  • margarine, melted - 1/3 c
  • eggs, separated room temperature - 3 item
  • heavy cream, whipped
  • pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
  • pack graham crackers finely rolled - 1 item

How to make frozen chocolate mousse:

Combine graham cracker and margarine; press into bottom of spring-form pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes; cool. Beat together chocolate, egg, and vanilla; stir in pecans. Reserve 1 cup whipped cream; blend remaining into chocolate mixture. Beat egg whites until foamy; gradually beat in sugar until stiff. Fold into chocolate mixture; pour into prepared crust. Garnish with reserved whipped cream. Cover; freeze 6 hours or overnight.
