  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item

How to make earthquake cake:

Sprinkle coconut and nuts in bottom of pan. Mix cake mix according to directions on box. In double boiler, put cream cheese and margarine; melt. Then add 1 box powdered sugar. Pour cake mix over coconut and nuts. Then pour cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar on top. Bake according to directions on cake mix box. Very good and easy.
