  • salt
  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1/4 c
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • ground beef
  • slices bread - 3 item
  • tomato sauce - 4 oz
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • Add onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon dry mustard and 1/2 can tomato sauce to ground beef

How to make dutch meat loaf:

Make bread crumbs in blender. Add onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon dry mustard and 1/2 can tomato sauce to ground beef. Mix together and make a loaf. Put in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan. Cover with sauce.Sauce:1 tsp. dry mustard2 Tbsp. vinegar4 oz. tomato sauce1/4 c. water2 Tbsp. brown sugar Mix and pour over loaf. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
