- beaten eggs - 2 item
- cottage cheese - 12 oz
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 8 10
- ground meat beef or turkey, browned - 1 lb
- large jar thick and chunky spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- to 12 lasagne noodles uncooked - 9 item
How to make lasagne:
Combine meat and spaghetti sauce. Combine cheeses and eggs. Place small amount of meat sauce mixture in ovenware bowl. Place a layer of egg-cheese mixture over meat sauce. Add a layer of noodles. Continue alternating layers of meat sauce, cheese mixture and noodles, ending with meat sauce. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
