Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder
- warm water - 1/2 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
How to make dumplings:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together, add beaten egg and warm water, stir well. Knead until smooth and free from lumps. Divide the dough into several small pieces and wrap around a prune (dried ones that have been cooked until tender and well drained). Cook in boiling water 5 to 6 minutes or until done.
