Duck soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 8 c
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 6 item
- stalks celery with leaves, chopped - 2 item
- large or 2 small ducks, cut into small pieces - 1 item
How to make duck soup:
Place all in a large pot. Simmer gently for 2 or 3 hours. If too thick, add 1 cup water. Add 2 or 3 ounces of thin noodles. Cook very slowly 1/2 hour longer and serve.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, One Dish meal.
