Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• can crushed pineapple do not drain - 1 oz
• diced bananas - 2 c

How to make dr. bird cake:

Sift together first 4 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until well blended. Pour into an 8 inch tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cake will crack slightly on top.
