Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- apple juice - 1/3 c
- peeled, chopped apples - 3/4 c
- oats quick, uncooked - 1 c
How to make double apple muffins:
Heat oven to 400°. Grease 12 medium muffin cups or line with paper baking cups. Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients, except apples, mixing just until moistened. Gently fold in apples. Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 1 dozen.
