Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • cornstarch - 2 tsp
  • water - 2 Tbsp
  • cider vinegar - 1 tsp
  • grated lime peel - 1/4 tsp
  • instant chicken bouillon granules - 1 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • green onions, finely chopped - 2 item
  • dill weed - 1/4 tsp

How to make dilled green beans:

Place beans and 2 tablespoons water in 1-quart casserole; cover. Microwave at High 4 to 7 minutes or until beans are tender, stirring to break apart after half the time. Drain. Cover and set aside.

In small bowl or 2-cup measure, blend remaining ingredients. Microwave at High 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until clear and thickened. Pour over beans. Toss to coat. Serves 4.
