Pumpkin crisp
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- melted margarine or butter - 1 c
- can condensed milk - 1 item
- can pumpkin not pie filling - 1 oz
How to make pumpkin crisp:
Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly on top of the first mixture. Spread the chopped nuts evenly on top of cake mix. Sprinkle margarine on top of that. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low protein, Cobblers and crisps.
