- mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- sweet relish pickles - 3 Tbsp
- dash of sugar - 1 item
How to make deviled eggs:
Combine mayonnaise, pickles, salt, black pepper and sugar in a bowl. Shell eggs; cut in halves. Spoon out and combine yellow yolks with mixture in bowl. Stir until completely smooth. Spoon mixture into halved eggs. Let chill for a half hour. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Egg, Appetizers, Side dish.
