Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- shredded carrot - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- zucchini, sliced into 1-inch pieces - 6 c
- margarine, melted, or butter - 1/2 c
How to make zucchini casserole:
Note: Other squash can be used also. Cook zucchini and onion in boiling salted water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine soup, sour cream and carrots. Fold in drained squash and onion. Combine melted margarine and stuffing mix. Spread half of stuffingRecipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
