Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1/4 c
- hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
- dash of onion powder - 1 item
- Equal sweetener - 1 pkg
- reduced-calorie mayonnaise - 2 tsp
How to make deviled eggs:
Peel and halve eggs. Remove yolks and mash. Add all other ingredients to mashed yolks except paprika; mix well. Refill egg whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until ready to use. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Egg, Appetizers, Side dish.
