  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • mayonnaise or salad dressing - 3 Tbsp
  • hard-cooked eggs - 6 item

How to make deviled eggs:

Cut and peel eggs lengthwise into halves. Slip out yolks; mash with fork. Mix salt, mustard, pepper and mayonnaise. Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it in lightly. Arrange eggs on large serving plate. Cover and refrigerate, no longer than 24 hours.
