Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- Tabasco sauce - 1 item
- black pepper - 1 item
- large carrots, cut lengthwise - 6 item
How to make deviled carrots:
Cook carrots in water until just tender. Drain. Then saute in butter for 5 minutes. Add brown sugar, mustard, 2 drops Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper. Cook, covered, about 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
