Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- chopped dates - 1 c
- baking powder
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- white sugar - 1 c
How to make date pudding:
Beat eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla together. Mix dates, nuts, flour and baking powder together and then add this to the egg mixture with a fork. Bake in a 9-inch square pan for 35 minutes or a nice golden brown at 350°. Cool. Cut into small squares. Mix with 8 ounces of Cool Whip.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Nuts.
