Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 2/3 c
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
- curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- can pineapple chunks - 1 oz
- can peach halves - 1 oz
- can apricot or pear slices - 1 oz
How to make curried fruit:
Drain fruit. Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine melted butter, brown sugar and spices. Pour over fruit. Bake 1 hour at 350°.This is good served with brunch foods or as a warm topping for ice cream.
