Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- margarine - 1/3 c
- curry powder - 2 3
- can pineapple chunks - 1 item
- can apricot halves - 1 item
- can peach halves - 1 item
- can pear halves - 1 item
- can dark sweet cherries, pitted - 1 item
How to make curried fruit:
Melt margarine; add sugar and curry and stir to dissolve. Drain fruits and place in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Pour sugar mixture over. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve warm. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Tropical fruits.
