Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/3 c
- curry powder - 2 3
- 4 oz - 1 lb
- can apricot halves - 1 oz
- can peach halves - 1 oz
- can pear halves - 1 oz
- small jar maraschino cherries optional - 1 item
How to make curried fruit:
Heat oven to 325°. Melt butter; add sugar and curry. Drain and dry fruits; place in 2 quart casserole in layers; add butter mixture. Bake 40 to 50 minutes, uncovered. Serve warm. Makes 12 servings.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Tropical fruits.
