  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • curry powder - 2 3
  • 4 oz - 1 lb
  • can apricot halves - 1 oz
  • can peach halves - 1 oz
  • can pear halves - 1 oz
  • small jar maraschino cherries optional - 1 item

How to make curried fruit:

Heat oven to 325°. Melt butter; add sugar and curry. Drain and dry fruits; place in 2 quart casserole in layers; add butter mixture. Bake 40 to 50 minutes, uncovered. Serve warm. Makes 12 servings.
