  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • curry powder - 1 tsp
  • onion - 1 tsp
  • can creamed corn - 1 lb
  • can whole kernel corn - 1 lb
  • medium cream* - 2 c

How to make curried corn soup:

Melt oleo in pan. Add curry powder and stir until smooth. Add onion then corn, stirring slowly. Then add cream. Heat through.

*Evaporated milk or half and half may be substituted for cream.
