Ingredients/Components
- stick oleo - 1 item
- curry powder - 1 tsp
- onion - 1 tsp
- can creamed corn - 1 lb
- can whole kernel corn - 1 lb
- medium cream* - 2 c
How to make curried corn soup:
Melt oleo in pan. Add curry powder and stir until smooth. Add onion then corn, stirring slowly. Then add cream. Heat through.*Evaporated milk or half and half may be substituted for cream.
