Curried corn and sweet red peppers

- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- whipping cream - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- curry powder - 1 tsp
- 25 oz
- chopped sweet red pepper - 1/4 c
How to make curried corn and sweet red peppers:
Melt butter in medium skillet; add red pepper and cook, stirring constantly until tender. Stir in corn and next 3 ingredients; cook, stirring often for 3 minutes. Stir in whipping cream; cook, stirring constantly just until thoroughly heated. Serve alone or over chicken breasts or sliced pork tenderloin.
