Crustless spinach quiche
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- fine bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated onion - 6 Tbsp
- lightly beaten eggs - 6 item
- cubed Brick cheese - 1 c
How to make crustless spinach quiche:
Thaw and squeeze all moisture from spinach. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients. Bake in buttered 9-inch pie pan at 350° for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. (Can substitute shredded Cheddar.)Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Main dish.
