Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- can sliced water chestnuts - 1 oz
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
- large onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make crunchy sausage casserole:
Brown sausage, ground beef and onion together; drain well. Add mushrooms, water chestnuts and soy sauce. Spoon into ungreased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle almonds over top. Bake, uncovered, at 300° for 20 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
