Ingredients/Components
- margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- hot cooked rice - 1 item
- cream of chicken soup - 1 can
- skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 8 item
- thin tomato slices - 8 item
- slices Swiss or American cheese, each cut in half - 4 item
- Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing, crushed - 1/2 c
How to make crunchy chicken-cheese bake:
In oblong baking dish, place chicken. Top with cheese. Stir soup and spread over cheese; top with tomato. Combine margarine and stuffing. Sprinkle over tomato. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Main dish, Meat.
