Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- dried basil - 1/2 tsp
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- whole boneless skinned chicken breasts - 2 item
How to make crunchy chicken:
Dip halved chicken breasts in lemon juice and roll in mixture of pecans, Parmesan, garlic salt and basil. Saute in 1 tablespoon olive oil until golden brown on both sides. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
