- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- parsley flakes - 2 tsp
- margarine, melted - 1/3 c
- onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- instant potato flakes - 2/3 c
- chicken, cut up, skinned, rinsed and patted dry - 3 lb
How to make crispy herb chicken:
Heat oven to 375°. Line with foil or grease baking pan. Combine potato flakes, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, onion powder, garlic salt and pepper; stir until well mixed. Dip chicken into margarine; roll into potato flake mixture to coat. Place inRecipe categories: < 4 hours, Time to make, Easy.
