Ingredients/Components

  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • parsley flakes - 1 tsp
  • small onion - 1 item
  • dried bread crumbs - 1 c
  • ground chuck - 1 lb
  • hot sausage - 1/2 lb
  • You can fry or bake
  • bottle Cross and Blackwell seafood cocktail sauce - 1 item

How to make meatballs:

Mix the ingredients and roll into small round balls. You can fry or bake.Sauce:1 small jar grape jelly1 bottle Cross and Blackwell seafood cocktail sauce Mix ingredients in saucepan until heated. Combine meatballs and sauce in crock-pot to keep warm.
