- salt - 1/4 tsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- fish fillets - 1 lb
- cornflake crumbs - 1/3 c
How to make crispy baked fish fillets:
Preheat oven to 500°. Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces. Season, dip in oil and coat with cornflake crumbs. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow-baking dish. Bake 10 minutes without turning or basting. Yield: 4 servings. Approximately 260 calories per serving. No taste of cornflakes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Orange roughy.
