Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- salad oil - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- basil leaves - 2 tsp
- chopped tomatoes
- instant minced onions - 2 tsp
- drops red pepper sauce - 4 item
- flounder or pollock fillets - 2 lb
How to make creole flounder:
Heat oven to 500°. Place fish in greased baking dish. Combine other ingredients and spoon over fish. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until flaky. Garnish with tomato wedges and green pepper rings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Sole and flounder.
