Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1/3 c
  • salad oil - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
  • ground black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • basil leaves - 2 tsp
  • chopped tomatoes
  • instant minced onions - 2 tsp
  • drops red pepper sauce - 4 item
  • flounder or pollock fillets - 2 lb

How to make creole flounder:

Heat oven to 500°. Place fish in greased baking dish. Combine other ingredients and spoon over fish. Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until flaky. Garnish with tomato wedges and green pepper rings.
