  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • tomatoes, chopped - 4 item
  • cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
  • fresh flounder filets - 3 lb

How to make creole flounder:

Preheat oven to 375°. Mix first 4 ingredients in saucepan and simmer about 15 minutes or until tender. Place fish in shallow buttered baking dish in single layer. Pour sauce over and bake for 25 minutes. Add salt and pepper as desired prior to baking.
