Creole coleslaw
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- white vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- large carrots - 3 item
- medium cabbage - 2 item
- bunch green onions - 1/2 item
How to make creole coleslaw:
Shred cabbage. Peel and shred carrots. Chop green onions. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, sour cream and salt and pepper. Toss all ingredients together and serve.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
