Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • white vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • large carrots - 3 item
  • medium cabbage - 2 item
  • bunch green onions - 1/2 item

How to make creole coleslaw:

Shred cabbage. Peel and shred carrots. Chop green onions. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, sour cream and salt and pepper. Toss all ingredients together and serve.
